"I was upset that I wasn not able to bring my duffle bag with close on board as a carry on. The personel told me it was too big, although it was light and the only bag I had with me. The bag was big, but half empty, and could have easily been folded in half if I had to. The staff at Orly, France was rude and made me feel like i was trying to be clever with them, and they made me get in another line to pay 30 extra euro's. Since my airfare was expensive ( 325, 36 euros) to Naples, Italy, I thought that they could have had some common sense and be a bit nicer. What was worse was that there was only one check-in for all flights around the world at one place, and I had to do the line all over again. I am sure that you will not care about my complaint because we are living in an era where poor business ethics is a common thing and making money is the only goal. I am a University Professor and I frequently fly; next time I will think more than twice to fly with Easy Jet since there are so many other companies to choose from.
